Cave Story as a Game Boy game by Ezalias. I felt a rush of careless excitement when I saw this image pop up on Nicalis’ Twitter feed last night. It took me only a second to realize that this would never happen, and even if it did, it’s likely impossible it would look even half this good.

No, this is just a mock-up someone created in GIMP more than two years ago and posted on a Furry community site. Thanks a lot, furries.
